==Background==
Standing alone at the End of Time, the Guru Gaspar spends his time watching the flow of time itself either consciously or in his dreams. Once he was a member of [[QueenZeal | Queen Zeal's]] trusted council, but [[Lavos | LaVos]] changed all of that...

Despite existing outside the natural flow of time, Gaspar has been known to randomly draw in people from various time periods and offer advice or a nudge in the right direction to manipulate events towards goals only he can see. From the planet's connection to the world of Twisted this influence randomly extends there as well although he rarely watches this world or it's people.
