==Background==
Rouge is a female anthropomorphic white bat from the planet Mobius. Little is known about her early life and origins, shrouded in mystery much like her real self. It's apparent she had some sort of background in acrobatics, martial arts training and also stealth and thievery, but from who or what is uncertain. On her world, she operated much the same as she always has, a thief, spy and double agent--who just happened to be working around one of the largest threats on Mobius--Dr. Eggman, or Robotnik, if you prefer. They were partners for a time, Rouge aiding him in his coveting of the Chaos Emeralds. This however was more to suit her purposes, and it was with no small degree of surprise when one of his chaos control experiments left her stranded here in Mabusa.
