TwistedMUCK was originally named ChronoMUCK. It's name was a reference to it's setting, that of the world presented in Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross. About ChronoMUCK
TwistedMUCK was originally named ChronoMUCK. It's name was a reference to it's setting, that of the world presented in Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross. The Chrono games dealt with subjects such as time travel and alternate dimensions. It was from this that the eventual creation of and migration to Twisted was inevitably brought about. Changing the name of the game was a game-wide decision that all active players at the time agreed upon.
The world of Chronos (the name we chose to designate the planet) is still something we try to tie in to Twisted as much as we can in spirit of the hard work that went into it as well as the wealth of scenes that took place there.
