Devi D was just a girl from a nondescript Earth type world who, after quitting her bookstore job for a lucrative job drawing for NERVE publishing, woke to be in the middle of Twisted Street.

After arriving on Twisted Street from her home world with only her backpack and her Sickness, Devi begins training in preparation for whatever this new world would bring her. After a random battle in the UR Gym with Oblivion, he offered her the power she was wanting by making her into a Mazuko like him. After 'settling' a dispute between herself and a princess dragon named Sun, Devi split into two people, due to the evacuation of Sickness from her soul. While split, the 'Evil' Devi still under contract with Oblivion was captured shortly after by a Saiya-jin named Kaldrath and taken to another world. There, in DBA Devi came under the tutelage of Cale Satanas who taught her how to use her physical energy instead of the vast power of the Mazuko line. She developed many talents such as Ki abilities and a higher level of fighting prowess. As Cale had bounded her to him by restricting her ability to phase into the Astral Plane, confining her to a physical form, when she was later released from the service of Oblivion, she retained the strength and power from Cale's training. Upon her return to Twisted the Devi's merged to form a girl very different from the one that first came to Twisted's streets.

Devi D, stands at 5'9 and might weigh about 135 lbs. Emerald green eyes narrow at anyone she might figure a threat, or that might give her a good fight. Purple hair with black roots falls just below her jaw and is usually up in pigtails. As for her attire, it's usually a pair of baggy cargo pants, a tank top and her big black ass kickin boots. All of her jackets and shirts have the kanji for Hell on the back, through sometimes a small version on the arm. Devi carries herself with an air of confidence, power and heavy heavy sarcasm.
