NPC: George
He's the guy everyone knows who knows everyone. Wait, where did he come from? Has he been in The Usual Restaurant the whole time? Why yes. Sure he has. Just ask anyone who knows him. He doesn't really talk to anyone so much as say "HEYA, (name)!!" but he's as important as anyone else on Twisted.
George is a portly man in suspenders with a green feathered hat on his head and a stylish handlebar mustache. There is almost always a mug of beer in his hand. It's easy to assume he never leaves the UR, but he has a home. He just likes the UR better.
Some have questioned if Hobo Joe, King of the Hobos might be related to him. (Possibly making him royalty?) However, he's never confirmed this no matter how many times he's broken bread with his cousin.
