Soul magic (able to transfer, manipulated, and alter souls). Telekinesis. Telepathy. Flight. Emotional shifting (able to shift emotions of people around her). Ice magic. Water magic. Crystal magic, allowing her to amplify existing magic or her own by spreading crystals about a limited area. Rune magic - Able to cast a wide variety of spells with various results, given enough time to draw the runes and magic circles. Magical strength enhancement. Strong as the strongest normal human. Teleportation. Dimensional teleportation. Regeneration (requires blood or soul sacrifices). Doesn't age. Key staff - Amplifies magic, particularly effective at boosting elemental and defensive magic. Background
One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Oceia had been left in a comatose state by Luna's past life, Cale Charis. However, during the incident with Guarlesia, Nancy, and Gegoshi, Luna was forced to awaken her. Bearing a large staff with a magical crystal at the top and an old style key at the bottom, Oceia commands a multitude of magic, and seems to mimic Luna in many of her mannerisms. She has a fierce jealousy of the other wives, and isn't a safe person to be around.
