NPC: Steve the Bartender

Steve is a fairly regular bartender at the Usual Restaurant. Somehow, he always seems to know what drink you mean by your 'usual,' but he has never claimed to always know everyone's names. He is fairly serious about bartending, and will demand to see an ID if anyone he suspects is underage asks for an alcoholic drink.
