NPC: Ushiwaka
A mysterious swordsman that's only recently arrived in Twisted. Little is known about him currently, aside from that he is definitely not human—his ability to fly and the ability to balance on single-toothed geta proves that—and that he has some connection with Amaterasu.
If one wished to find him, one could start with Twisted's Nowhereto Park. His haunting, mournful flute song has been heard about the park's lake and fountain.
