You look upon a young Japanese woman, probably in her late teens or early twenties. She has an attractive face without being overly glamourous. She has reddish-brown almond shaped eyes with thick lashes but thin eyebrows that arch gently above. A small straight nose and small pair of lips complete her features, all proportioned and spaced in that way that defines beauty. Her hair is a thick pile of brown that cascades down in straight lengths that touch the small of her back. The bangs have been teased into a full inward curling package with shoulder length cat-tails the drape in front of her exposed pierced ears.

She stands at five foot, eight inches and her body is fit without being ripped with muscles. If you had to guess her weight you'd peg her at around one hundred twenty pounds. Most of her height is owed to her longer legs. Her skin is a healthy peach color with the usual little imperfections. If you look closely you can make out a few nicks and scars on her arms and another on her left leg if she isn't wearing pants. This suggests she's a rough and tumble kind of girl or perhaps she was in an accident when she was younger.

Right now she is suited up in a red biker's racing jacket with reinforced shoulder and elbow pads. The leather on the arms is colored black on top but red on the bottom, giving it the two tone split. The jacket can be button closed but she's chosen to leave it wide open to show off the form fitting blue undershirt with the white collar. Her breasts aren't big but they aren't small either, more than enough to push out the front of her shirt attractively. A white belt with a silver buckle keeps the lower part of the jacket together but it has been left unfastened. On her hips and legs she wears a pair of super skin tight leather pants that show off her womanly curves. There is no belt on the pants as they stay attached to her body by the pure squeeze factor of the tight fit. Red biker boots with black soles cover her feet, held securely by the series of velcro straps that go across the top of the foot and up the calves of the boot. On her hands are red racing gloves with white palms. The knuckles have been reinforced to keep her hands protected while rocketing down the highway or when she has to deck a jackass.

==Background==

Priscilla "Priss" S. Asagiri is the moody and defiant 19-year-old member of the Knight Sabers, fighting boomers with ferocious abandon in her slick dark blue Hard Suit, which features a railgun in the right hand as well as a laser gun in the original series and her signature knuckle bombers (explosive charges in both hands of her hard suit) in both series; in the Bubblegum Crash series the suit becomes a modular core system to which a variety of selective heavy weapons can be attached. In the Crisis series, her Hard Suit also combines with her Motoslave (a motorcycle that transforms into an automated mecha or an exosuit) to combat more-advanced Boomers.

In both Crisis and Crash, Priss is a rock singer as well as a motorcyclist with a love/hate relationship with AD Policeman Leon McNichol. She is an orphan of the 2025 Kantō earthquake, who joined a biker gang. After her boyfriend was killed and his death declared insignificant by the police (hence her dislike for the law enforcement), she attempted to hunt down the killers, but she was recruited into the Sabers instead. Priss' rebellious streak is tempered by a good heart and sense of humor, which may explain her ability to function in Sylia Stingray's demanding and disciplined operation. She essentially serves as the hammer of the outfit—as opposed to Sylia's leadership and genius, Nene's tech wizardry, and Linna's sleek athletic precision.

Priss was voiced by rock singer Kinuko Ohmori in Bubblegum Crisis but after the series was cancelled she decided to focus full-time on her recording career and thus J-pop singer Ryoko Tachikawa took over the role in Bubblegum Crash. In English, she is voiced by Sinda Nichols normally while the English singing voice is done by Joyce Leigh Bowden in the original series, with Yuu Asakawa and Christine Auten in the 2040 series.

A pair of daggers with rounded balls on the ends of them and the angry face of Happy Noodle Boy etched onto them. One of them is simple, with a plain ordinary blade, the other is a black-bladed nightmare complete with a blood-groove and a jagged edge. Only their basic design implies them to be part of a set. If held the black bladed 'Dread Dagger' fills one with an ice cold flood of every negative emotion imaginable. If stabbed with it it sends the opposite - a burning drain that seems to make your soul seem more and more hollow with each passing second...

|Skills=Skills? Let's talk about skills. Having spent a vast portion of his life murdering people, Johnny is very good at the art of torture. He has expert knowledge of the inner workings of the human body - even if the reasons for learning them are skewed. He also originally built all of his weapons himself. Combining the art of weapon crafting with the skills from his often forgotten artistic phase and you start getting into the more advanced stuff; harpoon-like weapons attached to automated launch/retracting devices small enough to be concealed under his sleeves for example. This maniac became very good at his craft and used to build elaborate torture devices which destroyed his captives in the process. Did you know a screaming man can make a good door bell?

Being a waste lock, or more specifically the flusher for a waste lock, Johnny is also constantly tormented with the negative emotions cast off by humanity into the ether around them. He naturally pulls this invisible sludge towards him and unconsciously stock piles it. With the aid of the demon [[Benedict]] Johnny learned to abuse this negativity and use it himself like the ki seen in various anime. He can use it to turn his body black and protect himself like a full body suit. He can turn it physical and create temporary weapons out of them. There was even a time where he could use it to change the way he was perceived by altering the light around him. Did we mention levitation yet? Magic is also a waste on him. Healing spells cause him physical pain and part of anything thrown at him just gets pulled into his waste lock.

During Benedict's training Johnny was also given the Dread Daggers. A pair of specially crafted weapons which are not only sharp enough to cut the very fabric between parallel worlds, but also act as siphons which focus and concentrate the negative energies already being absorbed by the maniac to boost his powers and decrease the time needed to recharge them. These daggers also allow him to create constructs which can move independent of his body and can be used to enter the world of shadows to make traveling faster.

Even with all these abilities; Johnny has been around a long, long time. His spirit was bound to the world of Chronos for billions of years and his mind was expectantly affected. Especially after returning to the multiverse again and discovering that only a couple of years had passed for everyone he had previously known. This doesn't mean Johnny is immortal - he was dead at that time. Since leaving his imprisonment his life span was restarted, and act which his wastelock tends to reboot reality with. Even brought back to life his mind is still in poor shape and he has a tendency to remember events incorrectly or forget them all together. Randomly this even includes what abilities he does and does not have...

Currently NNY is more of a shade than a human, existing somewhere between life and death. He holds a seat in Hell as the Judge of Retributions and can freely pass between the world of the living and the dead at his discretion. However, he can still die - not that anyone has really tried to test this fact.

Not much is known about Johnny's history. All we do know is that his parents were killed by an evil man, thus setting the course for NNY's life as a masked crime fighter. Or, perhaps not. At present, NNY is more his own enemy than any external mind could be, what with the decomposure of what may have been, at one time, a fine, intelligent mind. Johnny is, possibly, more hideously mentally malformed than the people he seems to think have ruined his world. He's not a loser, he's simply lost.

Johnny started his life from the pages of the Johnny the Homicidal Maniac comic books by Jhonen Vasquez. In the series he's allowed himself to fall into the life of an almost mechanical madman under the control of his own inner voices, or so you're led to believe. Johnny discovers over the course of the series that two of the major voices in his head, a pair of painted Styrofoam Doughboys, are actually being controlled by an outside force. He also discovers his duty as a flusher to a Waste Lock - a metaphysical storage unit for the byproduct of human emotional waste. His mind, deluded and controlled by this negatively charged sludge, is forced to a breaking point wherein the Waste Lock is opened and the contained raw emotions are freed in a seething mass of teeth and tentacles only to be purged along with existence itself and restored from a backup copy. During this reboot time he gets to visit Heaven and Hell, only to learn that he's not wanted anywhere, and returns to life only to find himself disgusted with how his life had fallen apart and preparing to leave.

Where the pages ended, his story begins. Johnny found himself taking the money from the rotting corpses of his victims and booking a plane ticket at random just to get away and try to start over again. His destination is altered by an unseen force as he finds himself arriving at an airport in Neo Tokyo, a fractured city existing across multiple realities.<ref>[[2002-00-00_Origins_(part_1) | Origins part 1]]</ref> There he tried to fall back onto old habits only to be stopped by a fighter named [[Terry Bogard]] who offered to show him a new way to live if he could refrain from killing people. There he met the daughter of his friend Terry for the first time, a mercenary for hire named [[Samantha|Samantha Li-Bogard]].<ref>[[2004-02-28_Johnny_meets_Sammy | Johnny meets Sammy]]</ref> With Terry still missing he decided to honor his friend's memory by watching over Samantha and protecting her until they could be reunited - a task which quickly proved to be a greater challenge than he'd ever imagined.

Samantha's unique physiology combined with Johnny's slowly developing abilities created by abusing his Waste Lock led to the two of them getting the attention of Cassandra and Benedict, a pair of warring deities in need of hosts. Samantha was first chosen by the Goddess Cassandra as a pseudo vessel of good<ref>[[2004-04-11_Enter_Seraph | 2004-04-11 Enter Seraph]]</ref>, leaving Johnny being taken in by the Demon Benedict who gave the maniac a pair of specially crafted black-bladed daggers known as the [[Johnny_C/Dread_Daggers|Daggers of Dread]] and the knowledge of how to use them to magnify his new Waste Lock-based abilities.<ref>[[2004-04-24_A_Choice_Is_Made | A Choice Is Made]]</ref>

What Johnny had failed to understand was the fact that he was technically dead. His body was left behind after the fight with Benedict and Cassandra - ironically destroyed by Samantha's actions. With Emepherea's influence, he and Emi brought life to the world they had found themselves on and had sat to watch it grow - for centuries. The world became known by it's people as the planet [[:Category:Chronos|Chronos]], aptly named as it would become host to a planet-eating beast, labeled [[Lavos|LaVos]] by the citizens of that world, which could disrupt the flow of time with its presence causing gateways to appear across the planet's lifespan.

With Johnny and Emi's guidance from the shadows, the threat of LaVos was defeated by a band of adventurers who had learned to take control of the gateways to travel time. However, with time fractured by the beast, alternate timelines began to converge and wash the planet in chaos. Frustrated with both the state of the world and Samantha's continued absence, Johnny used the Dread Daggers to cut a rift into the border between Chronos and the rest of the multiverse and escape...

===Twisted===
The new world Johnny found himself in was that of Twisted, a multiverse hub where all planes of existence seemed to intersect. Making this his new home, the maniac began to see more and more of his past acquaintances and even his old house make their way onto Twisted with him. At this point though, his need to protect Samantha had become an obsession he couldn't shake off. No longer entirely convinced if she was real or not, Johnny began to react violently to their mutual friends and even at one point abused Samantha's former lover [[Sun|Sun Amnariss]] by creating a 'shadow clone' in the catgirl's image to control her.<ref>[[2007-02-06_(PreU)_The_Infection_Grows | The Infection Grows]]</ref>

Under the unwanted actions of [[Caliga|Caliga Satanas]] Johnny was brought back to life, having his memories temporarily erased to a point prior to arriving at Neo Tokyo in the process. He couldn't even remember Samantha even when she found herself in the process of being brought back to life only to once again seemingly be killed at his hands. The shock of which brought him out of his amnesia and sent him on a violent rampage pausing only to throw the clone of Samantha, now calling herself [[Tabitha]], off of Twisted and sealing her away into a pocket world to keep himself from killing her as well.<ref>[[2008-01-31_(PreU)_Checking_out... | Checking out...]]</ref> Tabitha's parting realization was that Johnny wasn't acting out of friendship anymore, he was acting out of love.

===Unification===
Johnny had Samantha's body entombed in stone before the seat of his thrown in the Dis courtyard so he could watch over it forever, but the guilt became all-consuming. In a final desperate bid to run away, the broken maniac used his remaining dagger to create a new world in which to loose himself eternally. Yet, the multiverse being the way it is saw to it that instead he created another version of Twisted itself - which forced the two versions of the worlds to merge and thus allow a new series of events to dictate the flow of time. In doing so he did finally get his wish as the only thing left behind is a shadow of his former self, still sitting in the courtyard of Dis and handing out punishments.

Tired of his antics, the [[Xipe Totec|Hell Priest]] (possibly just to stir up Diablo's plans) forced Johnny to finally confront the death of his friend in the most nightmarish way possible - by fusing her corpse into his body. To repair the damage Johnny was forced to take a voyage to meet the so-called [[Lain_Iwakura|'God' of Twisted]].<ref>[[2013-06-27_-_Letting_Go_(parts_I_and_II) | Letting Go (parts I and II)]]</ref> Since then he's been in better moods and has finally allowed the memory of Samantha to rest.<ref>[[2013-07-19_-_Lain%27s_Gifts | Lain's Gifts]]</ref> Given his track record, however, it won't be long before something worse comes around.

Private NPCs are [[NPC_Listings|NPCs]] that are played by one person or a specific group of persons. They are listed on the wiki because of the character's importance or because of the sheer amount of times they've appeared for those who would like to keep track of them like we do with regular characters. While these are still part of the population of NeoTokyo, and still able to make smaller "cameo" appearances in scenes, it's considered to be bad taste to make them appear in them without the permission of the people that played them.

This distinction was created because of people's reluctance to use recurring NPCs in fear of them possibly belonging to one player or another. These characters are still governed by NPC rules and must be "upgraded" with a proper character application before they can act on the same threat level as standard characters. Previously played characters who are no longer active but are still considered to be part of NeoTokyo may also be added to this category.

In the mid-2000s a terrible dimensional collapse destroyed the universe of NeoTokyo, rendering it inert and in a state of stasis for what seemed like ten years for those outside of the cataclysm. Luckily, the Norns and the Yggdrasil System managed to save a backup of the universe and kept it running in a small corner of the overall system and worked tirelessly to restore it. Some eleven years later they succeeded and the NeoTokyo Universe was reborn with all its dimensional instability and many of its planets, cities and inhabitants intact and not aware any time had passed at all. Many survivors of the previous version of the universe began to trickle back from where they had fled in the Multiverse due to the cataclysm and many more new faces began to arrive as well. In NeoTokyo, anyone, anything from anywhere can simply appear at any time. Random rifts open and close seemingly anywhere and the fabric between dimensions is weak and malleable, threaded to an infinity of worlds. Who will you be in NeoTokyo?"

Apply. We have an e-mail application process. Letters go directly to the Player Creation staff, and to nobody else. When posting your logs, please keep the following guidelines in mind. Remember, your logs are out here for anyone with internet access to see. Due to the nature of a wiki, what you post will be around for a very long time, even if you change the page later. People can always access your changes using the history feature.

* No one wants to read your porn/TS logs. Do not post them. Ever. There's nothing wrong with romantic logs, but please fade-to-black where appropriate. Inappropriate logs will be edited for content.
* Please edit your logs carefully for content. A stray page or channel comment is distracting, and could potentially be very embarrassing!
* When renaming/moving logs after they have already been posted, please '''do not''' leave a redirect page behind. This only confuses the automated log sorting system.
* Please don't use long names when naming logs! Log titles don't need a main title and a subtitle. This breaks the way logs get displayed on the logs page after it accumulates.

After you have filled out the Summary information, paste the log into the file and click the SHOW PREVIEW button. If everything is groovy, click the SAVE PAGE button. See the [[Logging_Rules#Example|example]] below if you're not sure what your log page should look like.

==Method Two==
This method is a bit more involved than the first method.

To create the link for your log, go to your character's bio page, and scroll down to the Logs section, then click on the edit link to the right.

In the edit box, type the title of the log (see the Titling rules below), then highlight the entire string and click the Inline Link ([[Image:Internal link icon.png]]) button. That should surround your log title with double brackets [[ ]]. When that's done, hit the SAVE PAGE button.

Now, you should have a red link to the log in your Logs section. It's red because it doesn't link to a page with any information on it. Click on the link, and you will be redirected to a new page with an edit box.

Paste the Logsummary info into the edit box, then your log. Click on the SHOW PREVIEW button and make sure that everything looks nice before hitting the SAVE PAGE button. This will cut down on unnecessary edits.

==THE RULES!==
When posting your logs, please keep the following guidelines in mind. Remember, your logs are out here for anyone with internet access to see. Due to the nature of a wiki, what you post will be around for a very long time, even if you change the page later. People can always access your changes using the history feature.

* No one wants to read your porn/TS logs. Do not post them. Ever. There's nothing wrong with romantic logs, but please fade-to-black where appropriate. Inappropriate logs will be edited for content.
* Please edit your logs carefully for content. A stray page or channel comment is distracting, and could potentially be very embarrassing!
* When renaming/moving logs after they have already been posted, please '''do not''' leave a redirect page behind. This only confuses the automated log sorting system.
* Please don't use long names when naming logs! Log titles don't need a main title and a subtitle. This breaks the way logs get displayed on the logs page after it accumulates.

==Method One==
Type the name of your Log following the [[Logging_Rules#Titling|titling]] guidelines (YYYY-MM-DD - Log Title) in the box below, and then click the Create Page button.

After you have filled out the Summary information, paste the log into the file and click the SHOW PREVIEW button. If everything is groovy, click the SAVE PAGE button. See the [[Logging_Rules#Example|example]] below if you're not sure what your log page should look like.

==Method Two==
This method is a bit more involved than the first method.

To create the link for your log, go to your character's bio page, and scroll down to the Logs section, then click on the edit link to the right.

In the edit box, type the title of the log (see the Titling rules below), then highlight the entire string and click the Inline Link ([[Image:Internal link icon.png]]) button. That should surround your log title with double brackets [[ ]]. When that's done, hit the SAVE PAGE button.

Now, you should have a red link to the log in your Logs section. It's red because it doesn't link to a page with any information on it. Click on the link, and you will be redirected to a new page with an edit box.

Paste the Logsummary info into the edit box, then your log. Click on the SHOW PREVIEW button and make sure that everything looks nice before hitting the SAVE PAGE button. This will cut down on unnecessary edits.

==Titling==
To keep logs consistent, they should be titled in the following format:

YYYY-MM-DD - Name of Log

==Posting==
All logs must contain the [[Template:Logsummary|Logsummary]] template. The Logsummary template will automatically group the log into the Logs category.
