A dark form slithers through the water, the ache of hungers assail her as they have for months. No amount of feeding satisfies the need but at least she is gathering flesh for the offspring to consume when it arrives. Oh, and it will arrive quite soon. It had been months since her family went missing from Twisted. The loss of yet another mate diving the siren into the madness of grief. The blessings of the sea temple didn't let her devolve entirely into full madness, she knew she had to feed , and feed heavily of high order lives and blood and that her young would need such too. The Siren had been bespelling the odd swimmer for weeks now, she knew she was no longer in Twisted but it hardly mattered where the waters had taken her now..all that mattered was feeding and gathering for the offspring.

Violet, for her part, is walking along the beach with her arms crossed below her chest. It seems she's in thought about something, and whatever it is apparently doesn't please her, judging from the frown. She's well away from the water itself as her draw to the beach now is less to do with what most people see there so much as an attempt to draw comfort from what her plans are for the future to hold upon the sands.

Urus is walking along with Muradin, despite their disapearance from twisted as well, the resugence of certain fishy smells had kept him taking care of the dwarf. He has not told the man that his wife may be in the waters as they speak, however he is extremely wary of the fact that just because it is somthing does not make it yours... his run in with a second Harley taught him that. He is at the bar where Muradin has been sulking. this sulking is the cause of his current agitation, being fed up with attempting to console the mountain king after weeks. they are sitting in the Usual, drinks on the bar. "Look here... I am Tired of your moping. This has got to stop, what happened to Morgana's Strong brave dwarf... We are going out there, We are going to kill somthing and you are going to like it. or so help me I will smack you..."

Crack! Well, if they were going to change the older boards of the boardwalk, then they definitely will want to now, as Nivira, with the grace of a lead ingot, comes tumbling down to the beach after landing hard on, and going through the old boards. Thankfully sand is softer than stone, as at least some of her can still bruise. "Sonofa..." She picks herself up and shakes the sand out of her coat. The beach. Not usually much reason for her to be here, but it's not as bad as the boardwalk currently.

Muradin Bronzebeard has.. not been himself lately. Part of the reason why he took on a life of wandering as opposed to staying in Khaz Modan to rule along with his brother Magni was because he did not like getting attached to things. The loss of warriors, friends, loved ones fallen in battle.. he didn't know how Magni handled it, and thus Muradin preferred the life of a wandering brawler, taking challenges wherever they might come. The loss of Morgana is a heartbreaking reminder of his inability to handle losses. Thinking that he may have lost the love of his life had utterly shattered the once mighty Mountain King and after weeks of fruitless search undergound, the dwarven warrior had been reduced to a sorry sobbing sod that spent his days and nights at the bar. Currently, he was being stirred on by the Hyena man, and groggily Muradin got up from stool, spilling some beer from his mug as he wiped his eyes from tear. "Aye.." He sniffed as warm thoughts of his mermaid and unborn child drove him to hold on to whatever hope was left. "Yer right lad, doing some fighting oughta do me some good." The dorf fixes his belt and adjusts his armor before letting Urus lead the way.

The siren surfaces, her dark head breaking the waters close to the volcanic island. She rises to the shallows and shakes her long hair back so that it spills over her neck and shoulders. Pearl pale skin shimmers in the light, thankfully the vampiric siren is old enough and strong enough that the sun causes her no direct discomfort , or at least no more then it would an ordinary sea creature. With her sensitivity to vibrations, she knows there are no swimmers close to the island. She hungers though and she feels a sense of urgency assail her, the offspring will come soon, very soon. She needs flesh and blood, fish will not due, she needs more. Curling her tail under her she lifts her head and looking toward the mainland she lets the first notes of song spill from her lips. The notes are crystalline pure and achingly sweet. The song builds, the notes joining to a refrain full of longing, of loneliness, of grief and sadness. Such a song, no one with half a heart could miss the pure emotion filling that song or fail to be moved by it. With in those notes there is hidden a call, a summoning, only YOU can relieve that terrible grief, that sadness,..will you answer...will you go to her..save her?

Violet jumps back with a yelp as Nivira comes crashing through the boardwalk. "Holy crap! Are you okay?!" she asks as she more or less runs over to the cyborg. She slows considerably as it's made fairly clear that yes, Nivira seems to be fine, just dirtier now. "I've never seen the boardwalk crack like that before!" As she reaches the other woman, Violet turns her head out to sea. "What the..." she mumbles as she scours the horizon. "Do... do you hear that?"

Urus begins walking out with the dwarf in tow "Thank you for agreeing... I was actualy going to smack you if you didn't comply" he admits. as they walk outside and sufficently away from the bar. "And we are not going to just go out and kill somthing. not in your state we're not." he says. "When drunk I do more damage to myself than the enemy does to me. Self sabatoge is not alowed." he looks Muradin in the eyes as he says so. then, a somewhat recognizable tune props up. "Oh shit..." as he says so he closes his eyes to focus hard on ignoring the call as he brings up the gun in his left hand fires two rounds into the air. The twin casings fly out into an outstreched palm. it seems he has done this before. he blows on it once or twice to cool them off before sticking one into each ear as makeshift earplugs. even at that his ears swivel backward as he is able to block the song before becoming entranced. after he is done he makes sure to open his eyes again as now he can focus on things other than not becoming lunch, and grabs the dwarf quickly to make sure he does not go running off. "You are not going anywhere... I know exactly what you are thinking."

"I'm fine. I don't dent that easily." Nivira looks at the hole she made. Could be worse, the boards were weak anyway. "How often do they change that wood?" She asks, though she does hear it. Faintly, but she does. "I think so? It's... Uh..." she scratches her head. She has no idea what it is. She comes out of where she was and looks at the sea, she can't see anything either, but that doesn't stop her from trying, with her magnification at maximum.

And out in the ocean, there is something sailing it, the massive form of a Littorio class Battleship circa: World War 2. But this ship isn't like those that once ruled the seas, it's different, moreso than the dark gray hull with glowing silver tribal markings: It's alive, and dangerous. In another world her kind ruled the oceans with a iron fist. Here, the avatar of the warship is trying to find her place in this unknown world. And sitting on one of the turrets avatar of the ship and she hmms as she 'hears' the song of the siren. "Interesting." says the being called Roma as she configures a drone and launches it, using it to track the signal. While most would be entranced by the Siren's song, Roma isn't even human. As such, it's more a curiosity than the call that causes her to shift her rudders and head to NeoTokyo, "It seems that I'm drawn to that place." she muses with a slight upward twitch of one corner of her mouth. She doesn't mind it, there's good people there she's found.

Ari walks out of the Kraken, going through a list of things on her PDA. Lots of work to do, not enough time to do it. She doesn't sleep enough as it is. Maybe, just maybe she should really take a night off. No club, no designing, no sewing... Eh, who is she trying to kid. She's got way too much to do if there's any hope of that promised vacation... Her inner thoughts are cut off by the singing, and she finds herself staring out over the water.

"Heh.. donna poke a warrior too much, sonny. He might just poke back." Even in the depths of despair, Muradin was still at heart a fighter and much of a joker, humor was an interesting trait among the dwarven folk and it was hard to see Muradin ever losing it, no matter the circumstances. Still, there was that definite sadness to the dwarven thane, a heavy cloud of melancholy that can only come from losing a lover. Urus' comment about not roaming the streets to kill things only gets a forlorn shrug from Muradin's broads shoulders. The dorf is drunk too but he doesn't care who or not gets killed or whatever. At this point even bashing a rock with his hammer would be a welcome change of pace from the constant grieving he's been doing lately. Besides, depressed as he might be, killing random people for no purpose is murder and that's not good in the eyes of the dorf-- he still has his morals you know!?

Suddenly, there is a melody in the air and Muradin's eyes flare open with rekindled hope within him. "Morgana?" The dorf whispers and he all but ignores Urus firing his weapon up in the air. He stirs forward and, well, remember what Muradin said earlier about not poking a warrior? Urus making a grab for Muradin is about the worst possible thing he could have done, because the dwarf turns at the Hyena man and aims to grab Urus' arm in turn and attempts to hurl him out of the way. Only the Mountain King's deep friendship with the hyena hybrid prevents this hurl from being an actual haymaker punch to the face. "Sod off!! That's Morgana I'm hearing! Get outta me bloody way!!"

Such pain, such beautiful forlorn notes. The song becomes stronger, the crystal notes spilling over the water and kissing the land. The summoning becomes more intent as well. Come to me, the song calls, the notes tickling the brain and urging those who are so moved to come to the waters edge. The sirens third eyelid blinks away the salt water and she narrow her gaze as she feels the hum of a motor of some manner of water craft. Sliding into deeper water she moves toward the land. She needs to get closer if her sweet song is draws something to the waters edge. Talons flex from her finger tips and her long fluked tail sweeps through the water and propels her more quickly then one would suspect. Though she swims the song never ceases..those notes call the achy sadness spread over the water calling for anyone who can take this terrible sadness and loneliness from her.

Violet continues looking out to sea. "I.... don't know. I've never seen them repair it, sooo....." She frowns and crouches down as if to jump when she spots Ari. "Oh, uh, h-hey, Ari! Do you... hear that, too?" She looks back out to sea again with a frown, then around her her aura suddenly visibly flares around her. "I'm gonna go... I'm gonna check it out, see what's going on. Yeah." With that said, she leaps into the air and stays there, her trajectory completely failing to match what physics says it should as she shoots out to sea. IT's been so long since she's been flying! Why doesn't she do this more often! With a barrel roll, she lets her fiery wings spread out as well, letting herself enjoy this moment as she seeks out the source of the song.

Nivira stays right where she is. One, she has nothing in the way of aquatic upgrades... yet. Plus, she's not exactly that pliable with magic, her extensive cyberware interfering with magic's hold on her. She sighs. "Well, that's... interesting." She gives a small wave to Ari, looking over the sea for the source of the song. "Falling through theboardwalk was... Was that a portal or did I just hit my head?"

Ari seems to be rather intent on listening to the song, taking a few steps towards the water, maybe she'll here it better then. She gives a distracted wave towards Violet and Nivira as they greet her, but saying hello doesn't seem to be on the priority list right now. The tone of the song, lonely, sad... it's speaking to her, pulling at her.

Urus is in fact thrown off by the sudden drive of the dwarf. he shouts after the man "You idiot we don't even know if it is our Morgana. Remember there is more than one harley, there could be more than one morgana... and you know how she is to outsiders." he attempts to use logic despite the fact he knows it probably will not work. as they sprint closer and closer to the beach, he does spot a rather fortuitous hole to which to get down to the beach quicker. Jumping down the hole and bouncing off of nirvara's head with a bound. "Excuse me, Sorry!" he shouts back knowing that might hurt. he waits to cut off Muradin, knowing he might have to knock some sence into him... or just knock him out completely to keep him safe from her and himself.

Muradin is willing to take that chance! Better than to risk his life in what appears to be the glimmer of hope than to be cautious and lose what could possibly be his only hope to be reunited with his siren.

The Mountain King makes a mad dash for the beach and though dwarves aren't particularly notorious for their speed, Muradin compensates for that physical predicament by being quite the athlete. Ironically, when Urus takes into diving into a hole that takes him further up the beach, Muradin takes to the skies by jumping clear off the beach's edge and landing several dozen feet into beach proper, beach sand flying every which way as he lands. Naturally, his jump takes him over the heads of Nivira, Ari and even the currently in mid air Violet. The dorf pays them no mind whilst he continues to run towards the waters. "Morgana!! MORGANA!!" He shouts into the waters and takes his helmet off so that she might be able to recognize him better without his armor. Its at this point that he notices that Urus is gaining on him and so zealous is he on his mission to be back with his siren that he summons mighty Mirithos into his hand.

The massive warhammer crackles with blue energy and the dorf turns abruptly towards the hyena, weapon held high. "Donna get in me way!!" Would Muradin's desperation truly be enough to turn on an old friend like this!!?

No, fortunately, Muradin doesn't aim the warhammer at Urus's head, but he does strike the ground to cause the ground to shake and a shockwave to explode towards the hyena. Aiming to stun the hybrid long enough so he can dive into the waters uncontested.

Overhead that drone sees all this and relays it to the Battleship making it's way to the shore. Roma frowns as she sees the 'mermaid', and she hmms as she brings up files on this. Beautiful singing, mermaid, oceans. And she blinks at the files brought up. "Interesting." she says again as she looks at the heading 'Siren'. And as she mulls this over, the near clueless girl she acts like vanishes bit by bit, being replaced one that belongs to the Fleet of the Fog. And she hrms as she weighs her options. Can she counter this? There's people that could be hurt by it, that is certain and she nods as she makes a decision. She has missles and the like that can mess with sonar, making it hard for submarines to lock onto her. So...and she begins to alter the programming a bit, boosting the noise put off by them by a few factors. As she does this, several panels on her deck open, revealing the warheads as they arm. "Mitsuo should forgive me this, since I am helping out here." she comments to herself. And she releases the missles, 4 in all. Two will go close to the shoreline and detonate, releasing a massive blast of sound. The other two, a bit closer to the beach doing the same. The intent, drown out the music and break the hold. Yes, some will get earaches but it's better than being someone's lunch, yes? "Perhaps I should send the NTSDF a bill for the missles." she adds in a afterthought. She has a limited number after all, she has no access to Fog Docks so yes, limited solid armaments. And just to be in the safe side, she releases the safeties on her main guns, secondaries, and AAs..letting the power flood into them. She hmms as he form shifts a bit, allowing her to move those weapon mounts in odd ways. Yeah, just in case she has to shoot something.. Overkill much?

The siren is getting closer to shore, close enough that one with very enhanced eyes might see a dark head just out of the water. That song does not stop, the closer to life she gets the more they feel the call. If one were very close the song could make them loose all thought except to go to her. She herself sees something airborne coming her way and she sweeps that tail in the water and rises her upper body from the sea and lifts her arms beconingly. She calls with that siren song to Vi , her focus now on the woman coming toward her. When she feels the vibrations in the water of something being fired from the craft the siren scowls. She knows nothing of warships but she is aware of crafts that might steal her prey.

While Muradin's leap might have initially overtaken Violet, that didn't last long as her speed had picked up rapidly. Out at sea, she looks around, trying to find that which drew her attention... There! That mysterious, enchanting woman! She flies right for Morgana, but soon a different song gets her attention. Okay, not song so much as massive, ear destroying sonic blast. She screams and covers her ears at the noise and promptly falls from the sky like a rock into the ocean well short of reaching the siren as her concentration is completely scrambled. As she resufaces, she looks around, one hand still covering one of her ears as she's wincing in pain. "The hell was THAT?!"

Urus dodges out of the way with a dive, still being pelted with sand from the explosion, particles of sand getting caught in the fur. he cracks his neck and looks to the diving dwarf. "well, If I can't catch him that way... I will have to get there first and make sure its her..." he says. he looks around for half a second for his cooler, "my boat is..." and then he remembers he left both the cooler with Ivan inside back at the usual. "deystvitel'no" at which point he looks up. "thats not normal." He says looking at the missles. "This town is falling apart..." he mutters before the missles detonate themselves its a good thing that he has earplugs... he still flinches as the concussion hits "Are we at war?!? ok... time to go to war. Mura, we might have a bigger problem than morgana..." in fact, he sighs allowing muradins actions to allow him to make a possibly disasterous decision. he strips quickly before jumping in to make sure he is not bogged down by extra weight.

Wincing a bit as Violet gets herself soaked Roma sighs, "When could people fly?" she wonders aloud. "Oh wait, this weird world." I mean she was talking to a Pegasus for Yamato's sake. With a shake of her head as she brings herself about. "Well, I best not risk getting fired at by the locals. I've heard they are trigger happy." she muses as she brings herself about and heads back out into the ocean. Ramping herself up to 75 knots she heads into back into the ocean..and she hmms, "Best make sure." and like that the ship begins to submerge. Oh, now that's just cheating.

Nivira doesn't see the warship, for the time being, and the swimmers are interesting, sort of. She's totally oblivious to the magic, though the missile gets her attention when the force ends up messing with her systems, making her lose sight of the siren and end up on her ass again. She shakes her head, getting up and returning her vision to normal. "What the hell? Something just explode?" Then there's the dwarf flying through the air... "Flying Dwarves. There's something you don't see every day, without a heli at anyrate." She dusts herself off again and taps her chin.

Diving out of the way is good enough for Muradin. Despite his seemingly blind rage, Muradin would prefer not to hurt the hyena man if he can help it! Which is why the thane is satisfied when Urus' fast reflexes carry him out of the way of the thunder clap strike, at least enough so he can finally brave the waters of this oh so very strange land. Be it Naga or other monsters he encounters in the deep, he cares not, all he wants to do is confirmed if that melodic voice truly belongs to she who he longs for.

Alas! It seems that other obstacles still get in the way of his path. Urus' machine gun draws his attention upwards and he sees incoming missiles heading towards the beach! Having spent much time with gnomes like Doommuffin have taught the dwarf what those things are even if he is no engineer. They seem to explode up in the air though which is strange since it appears that they missed their target. Its not until the ear shattering sound strikes that he realizes what the intent of those projectiles were. To mess up with the alleged Siren's song! Of course, now it means that he can't hear anything and he can't follow the trail towards who he thinks is Morgana.

That won't do.

Muradin is no bard either but he knows the basics of sound warfare. Enough to know that to deal with a powerful noise another powerful noise is required. The dwarf snarls as he grips Mirithos handle and on his left hand his battle axe Troggbane appears. What is he going to do? Punch the sound?

Actually, he does just that!

SLAMMING his hammer and axe together, Muradin causes a sonic boom of his own that, while not nullifying the flashbang completely, it causes personal vacuum for him to try and focus on the song. He looks around as water droplets fall like rain due to his explosion, but his thunder clap noise cleared his mind enough to realize what Urus is doing. He nods quickly and dismisses his weapons, diving into the water along the hyena man, armor and all. Eh, he dives underwater in full plate armor all the time, he can handle this much!

Many sea creatures are very sensitive to vibration, in fact several species have special lines along their bodies which read vibration which is why one never wants to tap on the glass of ones aquarium, sound waves can cause concussive force. Morgana is one being a siren, that is extremely sensitive to sound waves herself. As those missiles explode and the sound waves sweep the water, her song is cut off and she screams a long loud discordant sound. Not only does the siren feel pain in her ears but it riots through her sensitive form, and that of her unborn offspring. She can not collect Violet or even help the woman if she so desired. The sirens head swims and even her vision goes murky. A second sound fights with the first, but does reach her ears and mind. The sound of metal on metal, the distinct vibration of mythril...she knows only one who wields such weapons. Still caught in the wake of that disorienting pain the siren shrieks again but this time there is a single word attached to that piercing sound "Muradin!"

Violet's aura flares out again and she erupts from the water to look around for the source of the massive sound. Not spotting anything, she looks around for the source of the earlier song, now wondering just why she was so fascinated by it earlier. She does spot Morgana, but is really quite confused. She knows she was drawn to her before, but doesn't feel any of that anymore. "Just what the hell is going on today?!" she demands of no one in particular. Not having a clue what's going on, she flies back towards the shore and solid land, landing with a bit of a running gate in the general direction of Ari and Nivira. "Okay, I'm now completely confused and my ears will not stop ringing."

Ari shakes her head and covers her ears, the hold broken. "What the frak is going on?" she winces, then turns and bolts towards the boardwalk. She has no idea what just happened, and she has a feeling she's over her paygrade.

Urus ducks under the water at muradin's counter concussion. as he comes back up he continues to swim in the general direction of where the singing was coming from "I want you to know I think this is a horible Idea!" in fact. there is not even the slightest murmur, he pauses floating there and plucks his makeshift earplugs out, simply dropping them into the water for ease sake. the fact that the singing has stopped is a horible sign. "Oh that is not good." when violet goes overhead he knows he is going in generaly the right direction. but they say there is always quiet before the... the shreek of morgana finaly hits him as he Immediately begins regreting taking the earplugs out, ears back and covering them as best he can. "They keep dragging me back in..." he mumbles assuming that whatever happened with those missles and where they came from also coresponded with this new outburst, and the fact that this is the second time he has had to deal with a problem instead of the proper authorities.

Nivira sighs. Whatever it is, it's out of her reach, and even if she was to go out there, it's likely not her problem in the first place. "Great start. Fall through the boardwalk, then get suckerpunched with sound..." She glances at ari. "Something, likely knows more about what's going on than us."

Morgana!

Or at least, that's what Muradin would say in return if he weren't submerged in water. Instead a gurgled sound of air bubbles rushes out of the dwarven warrior's mouth as he swims as fast as he can towards the pained siren. Its her! It really is her! All doubt and despair lost from the dorf. He is certain of it! And if this is an illusion that draws him to his doom then he really doesn't wish to live in a cruel world that would mock him by showing mirror images of his long lost love.

Urus' words of complaining words fall upon deaf ears, for there are no lengths of bad ideas that Muradin wouldn't go through to be reunited with Morgana. The stout dorf just gurgles more water and swims with all his might towards the floating form of the siren to wrap her again on his muscled arms. "Luv! It's me! I got ye!!" But what's this?? It looks like the siren is hurt! Must have been all those blasted sound blasts from earlier! "Donna just stand there! Go get some help!!" The dorf orders of the hyena as he starts trying to swim back to shore with Morgana on tow. He can clearly see there are people at the beach now.. maybe the locals can prove themselves useful and help rather than shoot missiles at his siren.

Still quite disoriented the siren curls around her belly, arms wrapping around her tail as the water holds her at the surface. She is in no shape to try and grab at Violet that ends up flying away. She can feel the floundering splashing of Muradin as he swims her way and she calls softly to him again, just loud enough to be heard over his splashing. As he reaches her dark eyes lift to his and she reaches for him. "it is you" she murmurs as her vision clouds again and a sharp pain pulls at her lower belly. The siren gives herself over to the dwarfs hold , her arms curling again around her belly.

Violet blinks and looks at Ari, then Nivira. "What?" she says, perhaps too loudly. She watches as Ari bolts, then turns to look back out to sea. "Anyone have any ideas as to what the heck just happened?" she asks... again a bit too loudly.

Urus is convinced as Muradin dives down and comes back up with the catch of the day. "ok... so you were right." As he is told to get help he cant help but look at him strangely. "Ummm you are pulling leg right? feild medic right in front of you." he pauses for a second before thinking of it "And no I can't do it here. I am feild medic not ocean medic, I can beach medic if I realy have to..." he says both making a joke and being serious. " get her to the beach and I will take a look. as they travel back Urus does hear the shout from violet. "I was hoping one of you would know! We just got misiled while working on a long awaited convergence Thats what I've got!" he calls back. he is completely soaked as he walks out of the ocean for obvious reasons and actualy forgets he stripped naked to jump in...

There are no words that can describe Muradin's elated expression when Morgana confirms that she is indeed the real deal. Indeed, quite the catch the dorf has gotten today from fishing in the ocean, and even soaked and struggling to stay a float with just one arm, the dwarven warrior could not possibly be happier!

Although that expression doooes falter just a little bit when Morgana starts having lower pains. "Oh sod." Uh, is it time? "Oh sod me! URUS!" Yeah, about the only thing he can do right now is try to call for someone and in a pinch like this even the crazed hyena's help is welcomed.

Thankfully, Muradin does manage to hear Urus' command through his desperation and he swims to shore as fast as he can, carrying Morgana on his stout arms whilst running around like a headless chicken. "Where do I put her!? What do I do!!?" Muardin's not quite very proficient in this kind of situation, and he does the only thing he thinks he can do right now; panic.

As the group gets closer to shore its clear the dark haired siren is very heavily pregnant. Her belly greatly expanded where her dark pearl scales meet the pale upper body flesh. If one gets a good look one can see hard ripples across that expanded belly. The siren hisses sharply as Mura starts to get a little panicky. "my chosen, I think...Marina comes..." One sharply taloned set of fingers digs into the dwarfs arm. A sharp pain tugs once more at the sirens belly. The disorientation from the blasts leaving her, but the imminent arrival of her offspring now has her full attention.

Rainbow_Dash makes her way along the sky-line of the beach; she's not really supposed to be out and about, given the lump on her fore-head from a mis-adventure the other day. BUT, she got bored, and had to make sure her wings were working okay....after having to scrub off paint and gunk. What an ordeal; if she finds those new ponies, she's gonna...whoa, what's with that noise? And that group below....? The blue Pegasus decides to investigate....

Ari blinks at the group on the shore from the relative safety of the boardwalk. "Violet, what in the hell is going on? Do you have any idea or are we just kind of going with it, here?

Violet tilts her head as Ari starts talking to her. "What?" she says, once again a bit overly loud. "Don't whisper, I can't hear you after that... noise!" She looks back at the three arriving now on the beach. "I have no idea what's going on, do you?" She then glances down at her sleeve with a frown, "Damnit, I'm completely soaking wet. I did not intend on going swimming today," she grumbles. She looks back to Ari again with a sigh and motions towards the other group before starting to walk in that direction.

Urus walks out takes a few steps to center himself. Its time to get to work, been a while since he has needed his own expertise and this is obviously something he has not trained for but it is always times for new experiences. "keep her in the shallows, it will probably be easier as long she stays in a more natural form." he says as he flexes his fingers expectantly. he looks back toward the group that are coming and hopes they can be of assistance. "You can fly, I saw you just do it." he says confidently looking at her. "Hand sanitizer and my cooler from the UR, as quickly as possible please. Thank you." he says coming back down into the water the portion to get to the siren. "Well, here's the good news, after this you will be able to come onto land easier..." he says as he examines the situation, should be just like normal birthing process except more fishy... right? "Well Worst case scenario I think we will have same number of people in party...you know... minus me because your wife decides I am not doing good enough job."

Violet says in response to Urus's request of her, "What?!" clearly without comprehanding what he said.

Urus rolls his eyes and shouts back. "FLY OUT, GET COOLER FROM UR... URGENT! GO!" he says turning back to what he is about to work on as he shakes his head.

Morgana's talon digging into his arm is all the sign Muradin needs to return to full attention. He stifles a grunt and looks at Morgana, understanding coming over to his eyes. "Aye." Although panicking on affairs of the household comes surprisingly naturally to the otherwise stout dwarven warrior, Muradin realizes that this is no time to be afraid. It is a call to action to welcome their Marina to life! He can't run around in circles as he normally does when talk of the baby comes.

Listening to Urus, the dwarf complies and quickly shuffles back to the shallows where he kneels, submerging Morgana's back and tail into the welcoming cool ocean waters. "Its alright, luv. Everything will be alright. I'm here for ye." The thane whispers to the mermaid although it really sounds like he's trying to calm himself down.

Morgana clings to her dwarven husband, she had almost given up hope in seeing him again. He was with her now and their offspring was determined to greet him as well. The weight of gravity pulls on her as Muradin carries her to the shore. She gasps as another hard ripple pulls at her belly. Her wide fluked tail fins slap at the sand briefly and then smack water as she is carried back into the shallows. That is a relief at least, the sea seems to greet her, waves gently lapping at her. She lets loose a long breath and grips Mura's arm again. "I hear you My Warrior, I thought you were lost to me as well. I will try to do you no harm but this is not how I expected the offspring to come" She hisses again and another visible ripple is seen in her expanded belly. Low on her belly a fine line between her scales can be seen now, that fine line parts showing itself to be the Sirens vent. Another hard ripple and that vent expands and milky white something begins to push forth from it. It rather looks like a balloon of sorts nearly opaque but there is a dark shadow showing inside.

Violet nods once in comprehension to Urus before her aura flares out again and she rockets up from the ground, arcing back towards the UR as her aura leaves a fading streak behind. It's become rare lately that Violet's found reasons to go full out. It seems she's taking the excuse to heart and going her top speed back towards the center of town.

Rainbow_Dash.....what the hay is going on down there? She glides down, wings out stretched in a wide circle, when Vi rockets up past her. "Whoa..." Dash blinks, watching her go, then lands on a nearby sand dune; deciding to keep a bit of distance from the situation, having no idea what's going, and also sense she's always winding up on the bad side of things lately. Her head is sporting a bandage.

Urus is unsure what to do so he does what every doctor would say at this point. "Breathe deep, keep going, ok," he says attempting confidence. as more signs of the process are washed away by the tide. "OK, things are looking good. Oh jeeze well this is new..." as he goes to get the opaque balloon. "I know what name of memoire is going to be. Tales of a siren's midwife..." he says, "Alright... well I beleive," he pauses to duck his head below the waterline to look at the new orb and coming back to air. "That this is what we have been waiting for. keep it up a little longer." he says positioning himself to where he can gently hold the orb as soon as it fully leaves so it does not float away.

Despite it all, Muradin grins widely down at his beloved, answering with a relieved chuckle. "Donna think anyone of us expected any o' this to happen." Although quite a few incredible things had happened over the year or so since he got transported away from Azeroth, Muradin certainly did not expect to travel to yet another dimension before their offspring arrived. Ah well, all in the life of a rough and tumble family, it makes sense that the arrival of Marina would be no different.

Though those claws dig deep into his flesh, Muradin winces not or makes a sound of protest. He simply smiles gently down at the Siren and holds her in a comforting grip, caring not about the blood that pours down his arms. His focus remains on Morgana despite being aware of his sorroundings, he shifts his gaze ever so slightly as Vi departs for Urus' tools and Rainbow Dash makes her presence known by way of exclamation. For now, the dorf lets Urus handle the medical side of business.

The siren frowns as another ripple visibly pulls across her belly and draws lower still. That slowly emerging opaque sac slides out further and when Urus makes a cheeky quip at the wrong moment he gets a tail fluke to the head. A long hiss erupts from the siren then a sharp discordant sound, not quite loud enough to be a shriek but certainly not pleasant, as yet another tuck pulls at her, this one hard enough to dislodge that white sac, easily the size of two hands widely spread. The siren pants, the scent of blood catching her attention and she frowns and retracts her talons from Mura's flesh. With in the white sack something shadowy moves and wriggles.

Meanwhile, at the Usual, Violet searches quickly for the cooler. She finds it soon enough, and grabs it to run back outside and start her flight back.

Rainbow_Dash isn't close enough to really catch what's going on over there, she sees a few people...sort of..huddled around...something's important, she figures, kinda weird smell in the air she can't quite place. She keeps her distance, though, there's...something that feel like she'd be intruding if she got much closer. SO, she just cools her jets on the dune a bit away....

Urus Gets a fin to the face, making him stagger back a bit. "you mind, Trying to help here." he says exasperated as the orb breaks loose and free floats into the water where he grabs it gently, it wiggles around in his hands. he makes one more pun for good measure. "If you love it set it free." he says looking carefully as he outstreches a free index finger to carefully puncture the newly spawned orb. being carefull not to hurt the newborn inside. as he does such one can see a tentacle come out and wrap around his arm. "Ummm..." he tries to gently wipe the tentacle off to no avail "Hellboy warned me..." he murmurs. " congratulations... its a... a squishy."

Morgana watches as Urus gathers the opaque sack in his hands and then opens it. She leans more heavily into Mura's arms as Urus cuts through the sack and a small reddish tentacle spills out and curls around his wrist and arm. The siren tries to sit up a little more to see her offspring "bring her forth My Warrior" the siren urges. The little one has her own agenda and more small tentacles spill over Urus's arm and a small head and upper body wiggles free and small hands and arms reach for the hyena's fingers only to have the new born give the hyena a rather fierce bite. "Marina is hungry" The siren says as if a infant born with sharp teeth is perfectly normal. The baby has red gold hair and luminous pale skin on her upper body and her lower half is a mass of wriggly tentacles. As Morgana sits up, Mura's body slumps sideways, evidently the dwarf fainted.

And a streak of light is seen in the distance as Violet makes her return. She lands with enough force to make a small crater (not that that's particularly difficult in sand) before she makes her way to the others again. "Got your cooler!" she announces, then she stops in her tracks as she sees Marina. Nope. She cannot find words.

Even though she's kind of at a bit of a distance, Rainbow Dash is pretty sure there's some kind of...um...weird nativity scene going on here...and then there's...what IS that anyway? SHEEEEEEEEE decides it's really not a good idea to intrude, really. Not. She turns s-l-o-w-l-y...and decides to give the group some space....

"You just witnessed a miracle. One of the greatest miracles, in fact. The miracle of life." That would be Dororo, currently levitating in front of Rainbow now that she's turned around. How's he doing that? Duh, with a flying shuriken large enough for him to sit on. It totally makes sense, because he's a ninja, see.

Urus nods to morgana's request, however he pauses, getting a tiny bit creeped out by the situation... and this is the same guy who tortures people as a hobby. "Done I guess..." he says as the newborn crawls up him. and then bites him. he cringes facialy but tries his best not to shake off the offspring. "Owwwwwwww! OK you go to mother now. he says walking a few steps to essentially give morgana his arm to take her kid back. the 5 seconds of cuteness a baby has usualy did not even pop up for Urus. he looks over to Violet. "great! and not a moment too soon." but wait she missed the entire thing what could she possibly be in time for? Urus does in fact take the fainted body of the dwarf and drags him like a sack of potatoes to the beach. Urus nonchalantly reaches in the cooler, first taking out a towel which he wraps around his midsection to not gross other people out, he doesnt seem to have had much of a problem. he also reaches in and pulls out his rubber duck Ivan who was sitting in the cooler durring the whole debacle. "here you go Ivan keep an eye on him and tell me when he wakes up." he tells the toy as he places Ivan on Muradin's chest. "Well, again," he murmurs "midwife to a siren... only in Neo-Tokyo..."

Rainbow_Dash says, "Uh...right...I kinda know how all that works," to Dororo, "Just not quite used to it in that..way..." she looks over her shoulder. "Anyway, I'm totally intruding here, so, don't wanna stick my nose where it's not supposed to be. This time, anyway," she adds."
