Animated? Like animate the Harbingers on screen instead of actors?
Would it be 3d animation? Sounds quite hard, since you'd really have to focus on building character through their facial expressions. Could turn out pretty cool if done well though.

If you really want to cut down on costs you could go the route the PC game did; just using eyes instead of full video. This way you'd only have to generate the audio.

Hey guys, I'm back. I just got the animation program installed, and I'm raring to go! All I need to do now is make the 3D models. I also need help designing the board, cards, and we need to still create the Soul Harbinger characters. The Rangers from Soul Rangers will serve as the main characters before their transformation. Any more ideas?
