Daily Mischief (The Asylum) Ranma 1/2 Serial by Jason Skaggs >>>>>>>>Cell Block Two >>>>>>>> "Hibiki Adventures" >>>>>>>>March 10, 2000 Yoiko sat at her window watching, as always, the sky, the grass, the trees, and anything else that happened to be there. Today she noticed that the house next door had people coming in and out of the driveway. "I HAVE NEIGHBOORS!!" She announced to the indiffrent Checkers. Never the less, Checkers looked over at Yoiko and wagged her tail. Always looking for an excuse to leave her house, Yoiko jumped out of the chair she was laying in and charged out of the room. Checkers stared out the door for quite some time, remembered that dinner was hours away, and quietly went back to sleep. Yoiko stomped up and down the hallway searching for that one never reached goal, the stairs. She'd been down it so many times before, why couldn't she find it now? Finaly, she gave up pacing for it and picked the first door she saw. Checkers woke from her nap to find Yoiko standing in the doorway. She wagged her tail. Yoiko slamed the door. "I know that staircase is around here somewhere..." She decieded she'd go into the next door she saw, "After all," she thought, "I couldn't possibly pick the same door twice." Yoiko went down to the end of the hall and looked down the stairs. The shock of it was too much for her mind to bear. She stood at the top of the stairs dazed. In an attempt to remain logical, her mind searched for a word to lock on to. It found one, DOOR. Yoiko turned and walked back down the hall. She picked the first door she saw on her left. Upon swinging it open she saw... Checkers looking up at her and wagging her tail. It was then that she rembered she was going down the stairs. "ARRRRRGHHHHH!!!!" Checkers, getting tired of all this, got up and walked out of the room. She wated for Yoiko to see her and walked down the stairs. Yoiko followed, releived that someone helped her get where she was going. "Thanks girl, I know my way from here," she said to Checkers softly as she walked back up the stairs. Checkers looked at her, had a brief vision of blood, and walked into the kitchen to go to sleep. To be continued... >>>>>>>>
