'''Apokolips''' is the hellish, dystopian planet ruled by the tyrant [[Darkseid]].  It is home to the Apokoliptian [[:Category:New God|New Gods]], and ruled by the powerful beings known as [[Darkseid's Elite]].  Apokolips was formed along with its sister planet, [[New Genesis]], after a cataclysmic war of deities.  Both are separate from the rest of the universe, and can be accessed only via Boom Tube.  After Darkseid's death, a civil war erupted between his lieutenants [[Granny Goodness]] and [[Virman Vundabar]], but in the time since he has reemerged to claim the throne once more.
