Recently, I was given the task of constructing a web site. After going through several options, I came up with this: This site is about the two characters I roll-play (RP) as in AOL chat rooms, Marrow and Yoikko.
Marrow is a character based off a comic book I try to make in my spare time. That character was a fictional person betrayed by his government and turned into a cybernetic monster. He fights back and regains his memory, and then he escapes. While searching for a way to regain his past life, Marrow becomes the subject of a manhunt by power hungry demons bent on escaping their confines and destroying the Earth.
Yoikko on the other hand was based off a character in a comic book by Rumiko Takahashi called Ranma 1/2. After much thought and consideration I managed to create a new character which only resembles the original in name and costume.
The following is a fairly detailed description of the two characters and the changes in their stories since I began using them to roll-play.
