NPC: West
This is a Caster Servant that was summoned to Neo Tokyo by a mysterious person. He made it QUITE apparent that he didn't care about typical Holy Grail War servant rules and conventions in everyone's first encounter with him. As such, everyone who'd read the works of H. P. Lovecraft rather easily tied him down as being Dr. West. Thus far he has been a minor annoyance to Neo Tokyo by continuing the research he'd done in life and constantly failing to perfectly reanimate corpses back to their previous state of living.
