Nightmare: The Tim and Geoff Version is a fan-made "booster tape" for the original Nightmare/Atmosfear game. Compared to the original game, which attempted a somewhat serious tone for the most part, this video has much more of a humorous feel, with bizarre events and a more playful host.

Host
Gatekeeper (not to be confused with The Gatekeeper), as played by Geoffrey Maxfield, is a very unpredictable host, creating events that vary between the standard fare and the spectacularly weird, occasionally even playing with the expectations of veterans of the original game. At the beginning of the video, he claims that he is taking over the game because all of the other Gatekeepers have the night off, making it clear that this is a different Gatekeeper from the one in the official games. Over the course of the game, he grows a beard.
