A dimly lit road leads to and from the center of NeoTokyo. Dominating the scene is the NeoTokyo Library, named after our fair city. Hunched stone gargoyles are frozen in silent snarls atop granite pedestals before it. The smells of further east and south- sand, food, the sea, exhaust- ride the light wind blowing this way westward.
Though the far west end of the street fades off into a dim avenue, the rest of the road is well lit by tall street lamps on either side of the street. Firmly embedded in the earth here is the Spirit Gate of Water, one of five shrines like it situated throughout NeoTokyo. To the south are the Nerima Business Districts and to the east, the beach and more.
Kaigan no Made... Towards the Coastline. This road plunges and dives along the slopes of many hills leading down towards the coastline to the east. This busy road is lined with shops, gasoline stations and restaurants. The Listrou Event Hall is here, as is the Mikaku no Tengoku Bakery.
