Short Description: The Chaos That Crawls Up To You With A Smile
Currently she's dressed in a black, slightly-longer-than-hip length one piece dress with black and white checks along the hem and in a bow at at the neck. With short white sleeves at the shoulder and black butt-bow. Thigh high white stockings and black low heeled dress shoes complete the outfit. Her only accessory is what appears to be a tire iron or pry-bar. It is l-shaped with a black handle and fire engine red head.

Nyarko is dressed for school. She's wearing a pale grey blazer with white stripes down the sleeves a white blouse with the tails untucked and a large loose red bowtie. Below the waist she's wearing a grey and black plaid skirt that falls a little short of mid-thigh, White thigh-high stockings, and black school loafers. She also has her trademark tire iron/pry bar... thing: A straight black handle and a fire engine red L-shaped head.

Background
H.P. Lovecraft got it only partially right. The beings he thought were gods were in fact individual members of alien species. Nyarko is a Nyarlathotepian, imbued with all the powers and quirks of the being Lovecraft called Nyarlathotep.
Her home is the dark reaches of space that man was not meant to know. However, she is currently on earth as an agent of the Planetary Defense Organisation. The PDO has declared 'Earth Entertainment' (Anime, Manga and Video Games) to be a galactic treasure and has sent Nyarko to protect this resource from smugglers, traffickers, and thieves. Incidentally she's also supposed to protect the gods of earth's Dreamlands from any threats.
A massive fan of 'Earth Entertainments' herself, Nyarko struggles between doing her job and becoming one of those she is supposed to oppose.
