Short Description: A sexy young blonde of about five and half feet with a bouncy rack, slim waist, rounds thighs and a booty that won't quit! She has long blonde hair held up in a pony-tail. Her eyes are a crystal blue color. Definitely would be classified as a TOTAL (not a partial) hottie!
Her looks belong to that 'One in a Million' category. She has aquamarine colored eyes with thin eyebrows that gentle arch over the slightly slanted eyes. Her blonde hair is thick and shiny with thick bangs that hang just above her eyes. She keeps the brunt of her hair in a pony-tail that sticks up from the top and trails down her back ending just above her rear. A pair of cat-tails slips in front of her small pierced ears resting atop her breasts. Her face is pleasantly oval shaped with a thin cute nose and pouting wet lips.
Right now she is wearing her WARRIOR'S department police uniform. It consists of a white short sleeve dress shirt tucked into a black thigh split mini skirt. On the left sleeve is the Tokyo Police patch which shows a gold eagle with its wings spread. On the eagle's chest is a fancy letter 'W'. A blue vest with gold trimmings is worn over this shirt and it is cut in a fashion to be open across the chest, the edge slipping in under her breasts, effectively lifting and enhancing that particular feature. A red tie slides down her chest and tucks inside the blue vest. Over her left breast on the vest is her silver name tag that reads 'Kinezono'. Light green stockings come up to a few inches past the knees. On her feet are blue athletic tennis shoes. She wears white fingerless gloves on her hands and a watch on her left wrist.

Background
Rio was born in the Kanto prefecture in Chiba, Japan and lived a rather normal childhood with her parents but was somewhat of a troublemaker in her teen years in high school. One of the more popular girls, she was always causing troubles by stealing boyfriends which led to more than a few physical fights which she usually triumphant in. She seemed to love fighting and her parents decided to enroll her in a martial arts school to give her combative nature a positive focus. She flunked out of class a short time after since she spent more time trying to catch boys than training. She did take some skills with her which would be refined in later years.
When college time came around she was at a loss as to what career field to pursue and so just took basic courses while she continued to mull over what she wanted from life. She took a few modeling gigs to pay the bills and returned to taking martial arts as a hobby. She stuck with it this time and earned a brown belt in Judo which she would put to use in the near future.
One fateful day while she was walking home a terrorist attack on a nearby building put the young college student in the middle of the action. Something clicked on in the blonde during the fighting between the terrorists and an unidentified police force. Never a fan of the rampant criminal occurrences that had plagued her city on a daily basis, Rio single handedly kick the living crap out of the terrorist leader and his cronies in a bout of vigilante rage which caught the attention of the anti-terrorist police leader of Warrior, Maki Kawasaki who was heading the operation that day. Convinced she had found the “Pointman” for her new Warrior counter terrorist unit, Maki put Rio through a series of tests without informing Rio she was in them. She managed to defeat Maki’s tests including the one where she allowed Maya the team sniper to shoot live rounds at Rio. Rio managed to get past Maya’s sniper fire and sneak up on her to take her down at which point Maki revealed her intentions to Rio. Excited by the prospect of a real job, real money and even the chance to stop crime in its tracks she agreed and was officially entered into the police academy special operations division where she received high quality training over the next 12 months, unlocking her latent talents in combat firearms and hand to hand combat.
When the pay started coming in she finally was able to afford a real apartment and moved from Chiba into Neo-Tokyo to be close to work. As the months wore on Rio developed a good friendship with her coworkers Maya, Lilica and Nanavol and was slightly attracted to the only male team member, Yuji. She also made friends with one of the girls from the accounting department for the Police Town center by the name Chisato. The two became very close and Rio relied a lot on Chisato to save her when financial troubles would strike. The Bank of Chisato as the two joked.
Chisato was taken from Rio during a terrorist assault on the Police Town tower by members of a paramilitary group looking to dump their new virtual drug on the streets of NT. Her unit got to close to uncovering the plot and so the leaders of the terrorist group sent in special assassins to retrieve the evidence from the Team Warrior labs. During the fighting one of the brain washed police officers open fired on police members in the accounting department fatally shooting Chisato. Rio nearly quit the police force after this incident but returned with a desire to avenge her girl friend’s death and bring down the drug cartel once and for all. To this end she was successful and thanks to her actions she was promoted to a lieutenant on the police force. She took several weeks off to recover emotionally from Chisato’s death but never returned to work… at least in that reality.
Rio was unceremoniously dumped into the new Neo-Tokyo universe where her team did not exist and crime was completely rampant in the city. There was no police force, only a government run military force which focused more on the larger problems beyond the city, letting bounty hunters and the like take care of the inner city crime problem. A fateful run in with a cat girl police woman named Annapuma would change all that. The two managed to build a police state within the city which grew in strength and power. As the vortex that brought people into the world continued to do its work, Rio’s team began emerging to reform Warrior. More and more police oriented characters from other universes continued to show up and join her ranks until the police became a formidable presence in the town.
The Department of Finances funded the building project to build a new Police Town tower. Rio was nominated as Chief of Police and took the job and continued to build the police up into a force capable of combating crime anywhere in the city without the aide of the military. In the first year of the Police Town official opening crime dropped nearly 60 percent across the city. Chief Kinezono was hailed as a hero of the people along with her dedicated officers.
For eight years she served as Chief. She solved many cases, was wounded several times, twice nearly fatally and received many commendations from the city government for her service to the city. She was set to retire to private civilian life with her girlfriend Alice but whatever powers run the multiverse saw fit to yank her from that reality and drop her here in Metropolis Universalis. As she sits now in her car, only one thing goes through her mind…. “WTF….”
