Chisaikawa boulevard is an area full of large towering apartment buildings, wide streets and small parks. As it is near the center of Neo Tokyo, it is full of people. Traffic is moderate and all the infrastructiure is in place. This place could use some more trees though as at times, the smog from all the traffic streaming in here can be thick.
This side street is host to a small entertainment strip, and several shops. A fence to the north seals off the grounds of a run down looking university.
This main road borders Nerima-ku. Once a ward of Tokyo, under the new scheme of things, now a ward of Kawashi. There is not much development along this road with the railroad tracks, but several high rise apartment buildings are seen to be under construction.
Like the name implies, Negai road is LONG. Stretching nearly three kilometers it cuts through the hills and hill valleys of Kawashi, passing many homes, cutting through a small wooded area dotted with houses. In the very middle of the wooded area is a temple... radiating goodness and sanctuary.
This is a large, elegant bridge spanning the water, both traffic and railways traversing over the span.
