Twenty-something with haggled dirty blonde hair and a mullet, he grins like he would wink one of his blue eyes at you if he knew you were looking. The grin is shiney and even like an orthodontist's commercial. Overall, The man standing here appears rather mediocre. Perhaps the uniform lends a little credibility to his appearance. Spit-shined black shoes, navy pants with a stripe up the seams and a matching black leather belt holster, and accessory pouches cover him from the waist down. His torso is cloaked in a starched white military style long sleaved dress shirt ornamented with navy shoulder straps Gold and Navy threaded NTPD badges, and a scarlet tie that has been neatly knotted, windsor style. A pair of cufflink-sized collar dogs mark his rank as Corporal.

Yuji is a trained police officer, competent with small arms especially the NTPD issue pistol, rifle and Shotgun. He also has limited martial arts training focused on using a police baton and doing simple takedowns and imoblizations.

Where Yuji shines is as a vehicle expert. He is capable of controlling a helicopter so well he can use the rotor blades to hold a perpetrator 'at knife point'. He is an expert driver of anything with wheels, capable of taking a motorcycle on a stunt jump while riding triple and driving his 'riced up' honda civic in semi-legal street races.

His interests include female legs (to the point that he can do photo-recognition from hundreds of samples), Ero-games, and general fascination with porn and online female personalities.

He also likes his coffee and is able to stomach, and even thrive on, a brew usually served with asbestos gloves.
