Short Description: Middling height Blonde priestess who wields a ridiculously heavy mace and is actually a dragon who can take on human form.

Human Description: Average Height, maybe a little shorter, her hi-flying blonde bangs are a bit deceiving, This slim, almost aristocratic young woman displays the calm mannerism of a religious ascetic. Her large blue eyes show no guile as she smiles politely back at those around her. Her long blonde hair raises up from a center part in two wings wich crest and fall down behind her slightly elfin ears and well down her back to her narrow waistline,
Filia's priestly vestments are quite elaborate. First there is headdress, two items. A cone shaped white cap that arcs even higher than her high flying bangs. The a gold circlet. From the front it is normal enough, a simple gold band with a sky blue gem centred on the parting of her hair. It grow more ornate at the side however, sporting tiny antennae on each side and dangling two spheres over her ears the size of grapefruit.
Her body is draped in an outer robe like a cape. It is pure white with a broad brown stripe at the neckline and another midway down the chest/upper arms. Open, you can see a pale blue lining and the dark pink underdress that follows her curves to the ground. The outer robe is fastened at the neck by a dark blue spherical gem also the size of a grapefruit. A broad strip of white cloth with black borders runs down her front, coming to a point at about mid thigh.
