Short Description: Purple pony with a unicorn horn, wings, and a mane and tail that have pink stripes among various shades of purple. Her flank has a large, pink star surrounded by many smaller, spark like stars on it.

Twilight Sparkle

Here is an interesting filly. This pony's got a unicorn horn and pegasus wings, marking her as the rare creature known as an alicorn. Her mane is just long enough to reach to the bottom of her body, and slight curls forward at it's end. It's majorly a dark blue indigo color, but also has stripes of dark purple and pink (almost red in shade) as well. Her tail hang to a small amount of space above the ground and has color that matches to her mane. Her fur is a lighter shade of purple, while her eye color matches the darker purple in her mane and tail. Finally her flank has a big star mark that matches the color of the pink in her mane and tail, and the star is surrounded by small white star marks as well.

Twilight is a jack of all trades in the realm of magic. She is the princess of magic and friendship, having even completed a previously non-completed spell. Due to all this she can do all kinds of random tricks like telekinesis and teleportation. Of course, she can use it for attack and defense as well.

Background

Twilight lead a typical unicorn pony's life up until she took the entrance test for magical school. She passed the test SO well that Princess Celestia made Twilight her protege. Eventually Twilight was sent to prepare a town called Ponyville for a special event that included a visit from the Princess herself. The princess was captured and Twilight was left to gather a team to help save her and take on her kidnapper, Nightmare Moon.

Twilight and the others, who became the elements of harmony, rescued the princess and reformed Nightmare Moon back into princess Luna. In time Twilight performed many trials of friendship, finally leading to being asked to complete a spell that was left unfinished by the magical genius of their world, Starswirl the Bearded. She accidentally swapped her friend's destinies, but fixed them back again with the power of friendship. After this Princess Celestia made Twilight the princess of Frienship, causing her to become an alicorn. In her new form and position Twilight went on to continue solving other's friendship problems.
