Background
Isaac Fujikage stands approximately 5'9" tall with short black hair that he keeps pushed up out of his yellow eyes. He usually wears a white single-piece trenchcoat, though he's known to class it up.
Isaac is an ESPer from an Earth that has no other metahumans or traditional anime-tyle technology. He had free run of the planet with his high-level abilities but ultimately was unchallenged and grew exceptionally bored. So he left.
