While traveling to Plowse Bridge, the team discover a dead body. While investigating, they meet a talking dog. The problem, the team soon learn, is that puppies suddenly appear everywhere. All the evidence points to the Puppy Master.To resolve the problem, the team must upgrade their computers.

The team have been asked to journey to Plowse Bridge. There, they discover evidence that puppies suddenly appear everywhere. Conferring with a talking dog, the team learn that responsibility may lie with the Puppy Master. Traveling to the 24*7, the team have the opportunity to tackle the problem head-on.
But, the situation is complicated by people drinking bleach.
