One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Peneha has constant memory loss, having trouble remembering past a single day. She tends to always be off balance and hits her head on things quite often, complaining she's the wrong height. She's curious about everything and is amazingly efficient at any task she's given, showing expertise at everything and anything.
