NPC: Hobo Joe, King of the Hobos
Hobo Joe, King of the Hobos (yes, that's his full name) is one of the more well known park-dwelling residents of Twisted. Despite proclaiming himself royalty, Hobo Joe is not above giving his last piece of moldy bread to anyone who might need a bite to eat. Just remember, he chooses to live this way. Such is the lonely life of the Hobo King.
