NPC: Kazuomi Hoshina (Shugo Chara)
Stepfather of Ikuto Tsukiyomi and Utau Hoshina. A tall, intimidating man with a receding hairline. he rarely smiles. He has nothing but contempt for Ikuto, due to his dislike of Ikuto's father Alto/Aruto. As far as he's concerned, all those who bear the name 'Tsukiyomi' belong to Easter. And since he is the Director of Easter, that means they belong to him.
