One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Oceia had been left in a comatose state by past life Luna. However, during the incident with Guarlesia, Nancy, and Gegoshi, Luna was forced to awaken her. Bearing a large staff with a magical crystal at the top and an old style key at the bottom, Oceia commands a multitude of magic, and seems to mimic Luna in many of her mannerisms.
