The team have been asked to journey to Plowse Bridge. There, they discover evidence that puppies suddenly appear everywhere. Conferring with a random citizen, the team learn that responsibility may lie with an alien infestation. Traveling to Neo-Tokyo, the team have the opportunity to tackle the problem head-on.
But, the situation is complicated by an evil plot to destroy Twisted.
