NPC: Alexander Rebane

Alexander Rebane is the Chief Medical Officer of the USS Vesuvius. His mission is to ensure the physical health and well-being of the crew during her five year mission. Doctor Rebane is a rather imposing figure, with an average height and short dirty blonde hair. However it's not his height or build that gives off the feeling, but his light green eyes that seem to watch one's every move. It truly does make visits to Sickbay rather memorable.
