NPC: Celes
One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Celes (seen on the right) is a catgirl with semi-transparaent blue hair and a glowing blue cat tail. Though Flera claims their twins, Celes isn't quite as adamant about that unconfirmed fact, and believes Cale Charis altered their memories and bodies in drastic ways. Obsessed with water, being clean, and drinking, she rarely leaves her room. She, like Flera, can not only talk to animals, but control them.
