NPC: Heralin
One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Heraln has difficulties talking due to a very, very long tongue. Because of this she's become adept at hand motions and charades. Like most of Luna's past life Cale Charis's wives, she doesn't remember her former life, and is trying to build a new life in the Akira Institute. She has a dreaded fear of sunlight, but you would to if it turned you into a psychotic maniac bent on destroying the night itself.
