NPC: Psyia
One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Psyia is insane. Any object she can get her hands on she begins to rip, tear, and shred. One of her favorite's is a blacked stuffed bunny that regenerates every few minutes, though the stuffing and mess it leaves remains. She's currently locked up in the Akira Institute and is only allowed out on supervised excursions, since ripping things up for her isn't limited to inanimate objects.
