NPC: Qlian
One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Qlian is a music obsessed thief. Constantly stealing, and having short range teleportation of small objects, she's been left locked up in a room at the Akira Institute after multiple complaints from Luna's wives about a rampage theft of peoples undergarments!
