NPC: Wase
One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Wase's lower arms are actual water. A rushing flow of water like the ocean's waves crashing over each other. While beautiful to look at, this leaves her quite helpless to perform most tasks herself. She's not sure where the water comes from or why it never spills, and she can do very little to control it.
She has no memory from before Luna's past life, Cale Charis, took her soul.
