NPC: Zoey
One of Luna's 1,000 wives, Zoey is a hyper, hyper, hyper catgirl with a bleeding fetish. Constantly running around Akira Institute, Zoey is always causing massive amounts of mischief, from hiding articles of clothing to switching up charts, and other general nonsense. It's impossible for her to sit still and when she does talk, it's at a mile a minute.
When asked about her past life before selling her soul to Luna's past life, Cale Charis, she'll break down into tears and unintelligible cat wails, likely some kind of psychic or mind torment, but it is a good way to keep her under check when she's really getting out of control with tossing toilet paper and diapers everywhere.
