Background
Happosai is the perverted founder of the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts. His hobbies include stealing women's underware and ironing them, goosing random women, and splashing Ranma Saotome with cold water so he can feel up the boy's cursed female form. His skills in combat are only outmatched by the power of his own perversion.
He also owns the lewd shop "Happy's Seven Treasures" in the Red Light district - which ironically he's been banned from.
