Background
Next door neighbor to Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, Todd is a troubled child with horrible parents whom very horrible things happen to. His 'best friend' is his stuffed teddy bear Shmee, who refers to himself in Todd's dreams as a Trauma Sponge. Nicknamed Squee by Johnny, Todd went to 'skool' in the same class and in the same seat as the one occupied later by Invader Zim. During his time in school he became friends with Pepito, the Antichrist and was even invited to his home to meet his father, Señior Diablo. Eventually in his own canon storyline, Todd's parents have him committed to the Insane Head Meat Institute and subjected to shock therapy.
His visit to Twisted began shortly afterwards...
