The Mabase City Courthouse is the hub of city operations on Twisted.

Built in 4 UT, the Mabase Courthouse houses most of the public run government services such as the Welcome Center, the Bounty Office, and the Wellness Clinic. There is also a small chapel on the second floor for performing Marriages. While the courthouse is considered part of the MCPD it is in fact it's own building with rear doors that enter into the Police Department. The upper floor, while under construction, will house courtrooms and feature a private elevator for escorting prisoners in and out of the MCPD.

MCPD - Courthouse Entrance(#5286R)
Outside the Courthouse, which makes up the more iconic front of the building, is a fair sized parking lot protected by a wrought-iron fence and a guard booth which is usually unmanned. The courthouse is about four stories tall with stairs leading up to the two double wide front doors.
The parking lot wraps around to the rear of the building where the main Police Department itself resides.
Mabase City Courthouse 1st Floor(#5316R)
Right now only first few floors are accessible. It is a long hallway with many doors on each side. There are a few meeting rooms on this floor, access to the boiler room in the basement, and the Welcome Center just to the side of the main entrance. A side door leads to the Police Department.
Mabase City Courthouse 2nd Floor(#5369R)
The second floor of the Courthouse is again a long hallway that runs from one end of the building to the other. This floor houses things like a marriage office and a chapel, however. These days it doesn't see a lot of traffic.
Mabase City Courthouse 3rd Floor(#5452R)
Another mostly empty floor of the City Courthouse. This one is sparkling clean with the smell of disinfectant hanging heavily in the air. The Clinic can be found on this floor.
