Devi D. She's 5'9 and weights in at about 125 lbs. Bright green eyes narrowly peers out from underneth cropped purple hair. Dressed in black cargo pants, her hands are shoved deep into her black trench coat pockets. The coat has the Kanji 'Hell' sewn on the back in Red.
Background
Waking up again on the streets of Twisted, Devi D feels like a normal girl, torn out of her world and thrown into this one. She maintains a few of her powers from the past life she doesn't recall, but generally has been collecting information on the current status of Twisted through Senior Diablo. She currently resides in the Integras Arms' Hotel.
